At Bering’s, our Men’s Shop is where classic style meets exceptional service—and we’re looking for a friendly, fashion-forward Sales Associate to help create an outstanding shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to style expert and customer experience pro:

Deliver Top-Tier Customer Service

• Greet customers with energy and professionalism
• Help them find the perfect fit, style, and accessories
• Provide fitting room assistance and styling recommendations
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back

Drive Sales & Share Your Style Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date on current trends, products, and promotions
• Recommend add-ons and complete-the-look pieces
• Help the team meet (and exceed!) sales goals

Keep the Floor Looking Sharp

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Assist with merchandising and displays
• Ensure fitting rooms and product areas are customer-ready at all times

Support Operations Behind the Scenes

• Process new merchandise and restock inventory
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory control
• Follow store procedures to keep everything running smoothly

Requirements:

What You Bring

• Retail or customer service experience (men’s apparel is a plus!)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• A sense of style and attention to detail
• Reliability, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Schedule

• Part-time - able to work full-days, 3-4 days a week
• Availability needed for weekends and holidays
• Store hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, Sunday, 11:00am -5:00pm
