Mental Health Clinician (Mobile / In-Home)

Pay: Unlicensed $30 – $38 Licensure Supervision included- Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $45 – $65 per hour

About the Role

Are you a dedicated clinician passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with Autism and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD)? Diversified Home & Community Services LLC is seeking a Mobile Mental Health Clinician to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral health and counseling services.

Unlike traditional office-based roles, this position allows you to work with individuals in the comfort and privacy of their own homes and communities. You will be a vital link in the "Golden Thread" of care—connecting diagnoses to meaningful life outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and behavioral supports to adults diagnosed with Autism or IDD.
• Conduct services in-home, ensuring privacy and building rapport in a natural environment.
• Develop and implement interventions based on the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Maintain high-quality documentation using the B.I.R.P. format (Behavior, Intervention, Response, Plan).
• Ensure all service notes are submitted at the end of each session to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with families and the broader interdisciplinary team to foster independence.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure: LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LBS preferred (but not always required depending on experience).
• Experience: Proven experience working with the IDD/Autism population and familiarity with behavioral health interventions.
• Skills: Strong clinical writing skills, ability to work independently, and excellent time management.
• Requirements: * Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for mobile services.
• Must be comfortable working in community-based settings.
• Commitment to professional, objective, and timely documentation.
