Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

The Village WNY Mental Health Counseling, PLLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing group practice. This is a W-2 position offering $70 per completed client session, with referrals and administrative support provided.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality, relational, and client-centered care, and who is seeking a supportive group practice environment without the administrative burden of private practice.

About the Practice

The Village is a holistic, relationship-centered practice serving women, mothers, and individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health concerns. Our work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy (in-person and/or via telehealth)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (within 24–48 hours)
• Manage and maintain a consistent caseload
• Collaborate with practice team as needed

Qualifications

• Active New York State license (LMHC or LCSW required)
• Experience working with adults and/or perinatal populations preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $70 per completed client session (W-2)

Schedule

• Flexible schedule based on availability
• Evening and/or weekend availability preferred but not required
