Mental Health Counselor and Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic group practice. Duties:
- Provide independent counseling to individuals in office and online using secure Telehealth platform
- Document medical information accurately and maintain patient records in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in mental health treatment

Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
