Schedule & Caseload:

• Full-Time 25-30 client sessions per week ( 4 day work week option available after 6 months)
• 2-4 work from home days per week

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher (required)
• License/Certification: Fully licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LMFT), or on track to be fully licensed within 3–4 months (required)
• Work Location: Hybrid — in-person in FATE/ROCKWALL and remote/telehealth as appropriate
• Ability to Commute: Must be able to commute to Fate/Rockwall for in-person sessions

Position Details:

• Job Types: Full-time/W2 employee
• Pay Range: Full-Time: $75,000- 98,000+ per year based on caseload of 25-30 sessions per week
• Client Population: Adults, children/teens, couples, families (based on clinician specialty)

Specialty areas are highly welcomed:

- Couples Therapy

- Trauma Therapy

- EMDR Trained or Certified

- Brain Spotting

- Somatic work, and neurodivergence

- Specialty Certifications (CBT/Trauma)
