Mental Health Targeted Case Manager

We are looking to bring on a Targeted Case Manager to work with children with Severe Emotional Disabilities. This is a contract position with a generous split.

Responsibilities:
-Services may include but are not limited to: parenting,behavior support, connection to resources, problem solving, advocacy as well as other services as defined by the appropriate KRS statutes and state and federal Medicaid regulations. Services will be delivered at a level that is appropriate for each identified client based on the judgement of the Contractor.

-meet Medicaid requirements for number of visits with clients per month, as well as documentation

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in psychology, social work, or related field in human services; 1 year experience in human services field minimal

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and build therapeutic relationships
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements
