• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and treatment plans
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Engage in intake procedures, medical documentation, and HIPAA-compliant record keeping to maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts and coordinate care plans for inpatient or outpatient settings
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling psychology, or a related mental health field; licensure as required by state law (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Proven experience in clinical counseling with a focus on behavioral health and mental health disorders
• Experience with crisis intervention methods and crisis management protocols in various settings including inpatient or outpatient clinics
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering remote mental health services effectively
• Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
