Mindful Solutions Psychiatry is seeking a licensed independent mental health therapist in Texas to establish a collaborative referral partnership with our growing outpatient psychiatric practice.

This is not an employment, salaried, or contracted compensation position. Instead, we are seeking to build a mutually beneficial referral partnership with an independent therapist who wishes to maintain full autonomy within their own private practice, office, or work-from-home setting.

We are looking to collaborate with a therapist who can provide psychotherapy services to patients referred from our clinic, and who can also refer patients to us for psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Licensed Texas therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, etc.)
• Independent/private practice provider
• Therapists who value collaborative, patient-centered mental health care
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, or related conditions preferred

About Our Practice:

Mindful Solutions Psychiatry provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management services. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking to establish strong professional partnerships with trusted therapists to better support patients who would benefit from both therapy and psychiatric care.

Our goal is to create a collaborative network where both providers can support one another through appropriate referrals while continuing to practice independently.
