Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual/Spanish) - Personal Injury / TBI

Job Summary
Keystone Medical Group is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide individual therapy and comprehensive clinical assessments for patients recovering from personal injury and traumatic brain injury (TBI). This position requires strong diagnostic skills, clear clinical documentation, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. We offer flexible scheduling and the option to work as either a contracted provider or employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and DSM-5–based diagnostic evaluations.
• Administer and interpret validated screening tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, Rivermead Post-Concussion Symptoms Questionnaire, and Neurobehavioral Symptom Inventory.
• Provide individualized therapy for patients managing trauma, post-concussion symptoms, anxiety, depression, or adjustment concerns.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals, and update them as patients progress.
• Prepare detailed clinical reports that support treatment planning, functional recovery, and personal injury documentation.
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization when needed.
• Collaborate with medical providers, rehabilitation therapists, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, with scheduling flexibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, DSM-5, and ICD-10 standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current clinical licensure in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
• Must be able to speak Spanish
• Kansas licensure preferred for expanded telehealth services.
• Experience with trauma, TBI, or personal injury patients strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in assessment, diagnosis, and clinical report writing.
• Familiarity with common screening and neurocognitive tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate across disciplines.
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload and work independently.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
