Mental Health Therapist/ Counselor/ Social Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Humble Area along with telehealth opportunities. Therapist will provide mental health services to individuals in a group home and foster home setting, fostering a supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This role involves developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote mental well-being.

Ideal for clinicians who enjoy building deep relationships, working with children, play/activity-based therapy. Primarily a few evenings 3-7pm.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical counseling and therapy services, including cognitive, behavioral, play therapy.
- Utilize diagnostic evaluation techniques to identify mental health disorders and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients in home care setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or equivalent certification.
- Experience in clinical counseling, social work, or related mental health fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
