Mental Health Therapist, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT

Job Summary
We are expanding! Voted Clarksville's Best Mental Health Facility in 2025, we are an established private practice that truly cares about its staff and clients. We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or LCSW) to join our small private practice family.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and have some experience working with groups. This role involves working with clients to assess their needs, curate individualized treatment plans, and support them on their journey toward improved mental well-being and reaching their treatment goals. We are looking for a person to add to our lineup who will be a good fit to keep us a well-balanced, well-rounded team, and who has unique training, skills, approaches, and/or certifications. All providers must have availability for at least 15 sessions per week.

- We all need time off, and a work/life balance is important. So, both part-time and full-time therapists are given PTO with no blackout dates.

- We pay ahead of insurance payouts; payday is on the 1st and 15th of the month.

- Therapists receive a continuing education stipend each paycheck to use towards continuing education or licensure renewal fees; use it how you see fit. $600 a year!

- We have team lunches or dinners quarterly to keep our small team connected, no work-talk required.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment efficacy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and/or their families regarding coping skills and strategies to assist in the treatment of mental health issues.

Skills

  • Proficient in various psychotherapy techniques and modalities.
  • Experience with data collection and analysis related to mental health treatments.
  • Ability to diagnose patients effectively.
  • Knowledge of crisis management strategies and interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction.

We are only hiring fully licensed LPC, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT with a current license in Tennessee at this time. All providers must be available at least 15 session hours per week.

Pay: $67.00 - $90.00 per hour
