Crossland Counseling is a virtual group practice offering thoughtful, relationship-centered therapy in a supportive and well-structured environment. We prioritize autonomy, strong clinical work, and sustainable growth for both our clients and our clinicians.

We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists who want flexibility, steady referral support, and the ability to grow their income based on their caseload.

Position Overview

• 1099 independent contractor
• Fully remote (telehealth)
• Work with adults and/or adolescents based on your preference
• Flexible schedule — you choose your availability
• Build a part-time or full-time caseload

Caseload & Referrals

We actively support clinicians in building their caseload through referral sources and marketing efforts.

Clinicians are expected to:

• Maintain consistent availability
• Respond to referrals promptly
• Provide high-quality, reliable care
• Communicate proactively regarding scheduling or support needs

Caseload growth is a shared effort — we provide the systems and referrals, and you engage in maintaining and growing your schedule.

Compensation (Updated Model — Effective June 1)

Clinicians are paid a percentage per completed session, allowing for higher earning potential as your caseload grows.

Tiered Compensation Structure (based on average weekly sessions):

• 0–10 sessions/week → 50% per session
• 11–18 sessions/week → 55% per session
• 19–24 sessions/week → 60% per session
• 25+ sessions/week → 65% per session

Measured as a monthly average.

What this means:

• Higher caseload = higher pay per session
• No income cap
• Private-pay clients increase your earnings further
• Strong performers are rewarded quickly

Estimated Earnings:

• Part-time (10–15 sessions/week): ~$50,000–$70,000
• Full-time (20–30+ sessions/week): ~$70,000–$100,000+

(Earnings vary based on attendance, payer mix, and availability.)

Clinical Support

• Supervision available for associate-level clinicians
• Consultation and collaboration as needed
• Streamlined systems for scheduling, documentation, and billing
• Administrative support so you can focus on clinical work
• Autonomy without micromanagement

Requirements

• Active license or associate license in TX, ID, or WY
• Eligible for telehealth practice
• Professional liability insurance
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively
