Job Title: Mental Health Clinician (W2) – Supportive Private Practice and Generous Benefits Package

Pay: $53,000 – $60,000 per year + Benefits
Inner Refuge Therapy is a trauma- and attachment-focused group practice in Pueblo, Colorado. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can come home to themselves. We provide depth-oriented, evidence-based care to individuals, children, and families healing from trauma and attachment wounds, and we care for our clinicians with the same intentionality.
We are currently hiring a full-time therapist seeking a stable, long-term role in a supportive, trauma-informed practice.

Compensation & Structure
This is a salaried role with a paid hourly onboarding period ($40–$45/hour) while your caseload builds (typically 60–90 days).

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or candidate status with license eligibility
