Mental Math Trainer

Job Overview

Enablers is hiring a Mental Math Trainer for its Lahore campus. The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical skills and a passion for teaching students using modern mental math and speed calculation techniques. This is a performance-based opportunity with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Mental Math training sessions (onsite & online)
• Teach concepts including:
• Addition, subtraction, multiplication & division shortcuts
• Speed math techniques
• Number sense & visualization methods
• Abacus techniques (if applicable)
• Design and follow lesson plans & curriculum
• Prepare worksheets, assignments, and quizzes
• Conduct regular tests and assessments
• Improve students’ speed, accuracy, and confidence
• Track and maintain student progress reports
• Provide feedback to students and parents
• Maintain class discipline and engagement
• Use interactive methods (activities, drills, games) for learning
• Prepare students for competitions/exams (if required)
• Coordinate with management for batch scheduling
• Ensure timely completion of course modules
• Handle student queries and learning gaps effectively

Requirements

• Strong command of Mathematics & Mental Math techniques
• Prior teaching/training experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage students of different age groups
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Abacus knowledge is a plus

Compensation:

• Percentage-based income share model
• Earnings will be calculated on student enrollment
• Details will be discussed during the interview
