Mentor & Curriculum Developer (Grades KG–5)

About the Role

Score Merit is seeking an experienced Mentor and Curriculum Developer for Grades KG to 5. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international curricula and a passion for designing engaging, child-centered learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with Cambridge, IB, and other international standards.
• Provide mentoring and academic guidance for early-grade learning programs.
• Integrate Phonics, Montessori methodologies, and Child Psychology principles into lesson design.
• Train teachers on the effective implementation of the designed curricula.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance learning outcomes and teaching practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in curriculum development.
• Strong command over Cambridge, IB, and international curricula.
• Certification in Phonics and training in Montessori education preferred.
• Knowledge or background in Child Psychology.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and mentoring skills.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
