MEP and CIVIL Supervisor With Driving License

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise daily civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at site.
• Coordinate between civil and MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework.
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and BOQs.
• Plan daily activities and allocate tasks to foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and rectify non-conformances.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and consultant requirements.
• Assist during inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities.

Safety & Site Control

• Enforce HSE rules and company safety policies at site.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
• Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately.

Progress & Reporting

• Monitor work progress against the approved schedule.
• Prepare daily site reports and update the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability on site.

Testing & Handover

• Assist in testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities.
• Support final inspections and project close-out.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical discipline.
• Minimum 3–6 years experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in both civil and MEP works.
• Experience in UAE / GCC construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of basic local authority requirements is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
