- Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept through handover.
- Coordinate closely with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials and finishes.
- Monitor site progress, perform regular inspections, and ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Lead coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, Consultant and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
- Support the design team during drawing production, value engineering, and material selection.
- Support the in-Billing person to close.
- Resolve on-site issues swiftly and proactively to avoid project delays.
- Manage approvals, permits, and inspections as required by local authorities.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on all sites.
- Proven track record of managing high-end commercial, corporate, or hospitality interiors.
