  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects from concept through handover.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials and finishes.
  • Monitor site progress, perform regular inspections, and ensure that work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Lead coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, Consultant and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
  • Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
  • Support the design team during drawing production, value engineering, and material selection.
  • Support the in-Billing person to close.
  • Resolve on-site issues swiftly and proactively to avoid project delays.
  • Manage approvals, permits, and inspections as required by local authorities.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on all sites.
  • Proven track record of managing high-end commercial, corporate, or hospitality interiors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
