MEP BIM Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of MEP models, manage clash detection, and ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models (LOD 300–400).
• Conduct clash detection and provide coordination solutions between disciplines.
• Oversee model quality and compliance with ISO 19650 and UAE authority standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and structural engineers.
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and guide modeling best practices.
• Prepare reports and assist in project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/ Diploma in MEP Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
• Expert in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of UAE MEP standards and ISO 19650.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading a BIM team and mentoring junior staff.
