Minimum required Experience & Skills:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in MEP modeling.
• Proficient in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and design principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in BIM or MEP design (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D models for MEP systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues before construction.
• Update models based on revisions and feedback from stakeholders.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
