MEP BIM Modeler

We are looking for experienced MEP BIM Modelers based in the UAE with 5+ years of relevant experience and GCC project exposure. Join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects in the region.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Prepare coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years MEP BIM experience
• GCC project experience is mandatory
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
