We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with UAE project experience to join our team immediately.

Job Description

• Create detailed MEP BIM Models up to LOD 450.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings and MEP layouts.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEP services.
• Develop HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Fighting BIM models.
• Prepare builders work drawings, sections, and as-built drawings.
• Generate BOQs and schedules for MEP components.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for drawing updates and revisions.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and project coordination when required.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards and authority requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–6 years of UAE experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Knowledge of clash detection and MEP coordination.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidate must be available in the UAE.
