Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler to join our team in the UAE.

2–4 years of UAE experience in MEP BIM Modeling

Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate full MEP BIM models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using Revit
• Prepare HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV system models
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and resolve clashes
• Produce shop drawings, layouts, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
• Support coordination meetings and project delivery activities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as an MEP BIM Modeler
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination workflows
• Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination
• Must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
