Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an MEP BIM Modeler specializing in Drainage Modeling to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems, particularly in drainage, and must be familiar with GCC construction standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for drainage systems.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure clash-free models.
• Update and maintain BIM documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in MEP BIM modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Experience in drainage and plumbing systems.
• Immediate availability preferred.
