MEP BIM MODELER(CIVIL 3D)

We are hiring an experienced MEP BIM Modeler with specialized expertise in Civil 3D. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-precision models for underground services and MEP systems at LOD 400 standards. Experience with international project standards (Gulf, US, UK, or EU) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Modeling: Create detailed, construction-ready BIM models for underground utilities and MEP services using Revit and Civil 3D.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all models meet LOD 400 requirements, including accurate reinforcements, fabrication details, and MEP components.
• Coordination: Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration between underground infrastructure and MEP systems.
• Standards: Adhere to international BIM protocols and project-specific standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

Qualifications

• Expertise: Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit is mandatory.
• Project History: Minimum of 2 years of experience working on large-scale infrastructure or MEP projects.
• Regional Experience: Direct experience with projects in the Gulf (Middle East), US, UK, or EU markets.
• Precision: Deep understanding of LOD 400 modeling requirements and construction documentation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
