MEP / Civil Engineer – Facilities Management

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished MEP / Civil Engineer to join our Facilities Management division. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for ensuring high-performance, safe, and sustainable operation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil systems across our facilities.

Position Overview

The MEP / Civil Engineer will lead, optimize, and oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of building systems, driving operational efficiency, reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s strategic objectives and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management, design, optimization, and performance of MEP and Civil systems

• Ensure energy-efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective facility operations

• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems

• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements

• Manage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and service providers

• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects

• Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline

• Extensive experience in MEP and/or Civil engineering within facilities management or large-scale building environments

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, and building automation systems

• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and implement sustainability initiatives

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills

• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
