MEP Construction Manager

We are a MEP Construction Company based in Abu Dhabi, looking for a MEP Construction Manager for our project.

Responsibilities:

Lead Construction and execution M.E.P work related to the project (Electrical, Mechanical, Fire fighting)

Should be the responsible installation work of MEP work (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting work) as per approved drawings and materials approved.

Making project & work schedule and co-ordinate with client & authorities for site works.

Review of starting documents (Drawings, specification and BOQ).

Ensure that whole MEP services implemented as per the project specification, authorities requirement and approved shop drawings and monitor performed works, Testing and commissioning, snags and handing over.

Following the Preparation & submission of required documents for each project’s stages (Method of statement, Material Submittals, shop drawings, as built drawings etc.).

Prepare and issue Inspection Request (IR) and liaised with the main contractor for completion of all inspections and approvals of installed MEP services.

Coordinate final inspections, preparation of punch lists, rectification of snags, testing commissioning and handover to the main contractor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineer with equivalency certificate

At least 7-10 years experience.

MEP Company Experience is mandatory.
