HIRING: MEP COORDINATION

Company : UNIVERSAL BIM & CAD TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS LLC

Location: UAE

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for ongoing projects.
• Review and understand MEP drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all MEP disciplines and civil teams.
• Identify design or site clashes and coordinate with consultants for resolutions.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor MEP work progress and ensure compliance.
• Prepare coordination meeting minutes, technical reports, and follow-up actions.
• Support in material submittals, method statements, and QA/QC procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP coordination (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
