MEP Coordination AutoCAD Draughtsman

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is urgently seeking a skilled MEP Coordination Draughtsman with strong UAE experience to join our team. If you have solid expertise in multi-discipline coordination and can work effectively in a fast-paced project environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage coordinated MEP drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Integrate electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and plumbing systems into coordinated layouts
• Review and align MEP drawings with architectural and structural designs
• Identify and resolve clashes through coordination and drawing adjustments
• Work closely with BIM modelers and engineers to ensure design accuracy
• Update drawings based on consultant comments, design revisions, and site conditions
• Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, naming conventions, and documentation
• Assist in preparing coordinated shop drawings, combined services drawings, and as-built drawings
• Support coordination meetings and technical submissions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Coordination Draughtsman
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Experience in MEP coordination and clash resolution workflows
• Ability to read and interpret multi-discipline drawings
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards and project requirements
• Experience in commercial or high-rise projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
