Hiring – MEP Coordination Designer (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Coordination Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in preparing MEP Coordination Drawings for high-rise buildings, towers, villas, commercial, residential, and retail projects.

MEP Coordination Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing MEP coordination drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting)
• Review IFC drawings before making the shop drawings
• Combining drawings from various trades to produce conflict-free coordination drawings
• Using AutoCAD for clash detection and detailed layouts
• Preparing as-built drawings, sections, schematics, and detailed layouts
• Coordinating with consultants, project managers, and site teams for drawing reviews and approvals
• Ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards, project specifications, and consultant comments
• Managing revisions, documentation, and timely submission of updated drawings
• Attending coordination meetings and providing technical support when required

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Requirements

✅ Must be currently inside the UAE
✅ Preference for employment / cancelled / residence visa holders (not visit visa)
✅ 3–5 years of experience in MEP drafting and coordination (UAE experience preferred)
✅ Strong command of AutoCAD
✅ Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction practices
✅ Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills
✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
