Hiring – Draftsman (MEP Coordination) (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Coordination Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in preparing fully coordinated MEP drawings for high-rise buildings, towers, villas, commercial, residential, and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fully coordinated MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting)
• Review IFC drawings prior to shop drawing preparation
• Combine drawings from multiple trades to produce clash-free coordination drawings
• Perform clash detection and detailed layouts using AutoCAD
• Prepare as-built drawings, sections, schematics, and detailed layouts
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and site teams for drawing reviews and approvals
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, project specifications, and consultant comments
• Manage drawing revisions, documentation, and timely submission of updated drawings
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support when required

Requirements

✅ Candidate must be currently inside the UAE

✅ Preference for employment / cancelled / residence visa holders (visit visa not preferred)

✅ 3–5 years of experience in MEP drafting and coordination (UAE experience preferred)

✅ Strong command of AutoCAD

✅ Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices

✅ Excellent coordination skills with strong attention to detail

✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
