MEP Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with a mechanical engineering background to manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across multiple construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of UAE site experience, strong technical expertise, and proven coordination skills to ensure the successful execution of MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP services across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and avoid clashes.
• Review design, shop, and as-built drawings to verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and actual site conditions.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional site teams to address technical issues and resolve coordination conflicts.
• Monitor project schedules, track MEP activity progress, and ensure timely completion of all MEP-related works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check workmanship quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and coordination logs.
• Assist in the preparation and review of material submittals, method statements, and approval packages.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of MEP coordination experience in the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with various project stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
