MEP Coordinator

Job Description:

HRE Construction L.L.C. is looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator with a strong background in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP works between consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all MEP activities between consultants, subcontractors, and the site team.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure MEP work is executed according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
• Attend site meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action points.
• Identify technical issues and propose solutions to the project team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and QA/QC procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of MEP coordination experience.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and project sequencing.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
