MEP Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and highly organized MEP Coordinator with a strong mechanical engineering background to oversee, coordinate, and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities across our projects.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years of UAE experience in MEP coordination, construction, or related building services roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services to ensure seamless integration within project timelines and design requirements.
• Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor site progress and ensure MEP installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and report any deviations, conflicts, or delays in MEP works.
• Assist in preparing material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and compliance reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate the testing, commissioning, and successful handover of all MEP systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 4+ years of MEP coordination experience in the UAE (required).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in construction of high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and MEP standards.
