MEP Cost Control EngineerWe are looking for an experienced MEP Cost Control Engineer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Log and track all costs related to MEP works across projects</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and control MEP costs in accordance with approved budgets</li></ul><ul><li>Forecast potential cost overruns and identify risk areas</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare cost control proposals and recommendations for management</li></ul><ul><li>Review and manage budgets for each MEP work package</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare periodic cost reports and analysis</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or higher</li></ul><ul><li>Major: MEP</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP cost control</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of MEP works (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)</li></ul><ul><li>Good command of English</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED10.00 per month
