Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D MEP Designer/ Estimator with at least 3+ year of experience in MEP BIM and HVAC, at-least 1-2 years in Ducting and Plumbing estimation for commercial, residential, hospital and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for tender submissions using software like Quotesoft, Excel and Revit MEP.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for MEP (Mechanical, Plumbing) works from Customer inputs like REVIT MEP DD Sets, CD Sets.
• Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer for proper inputs and with team for estimation process.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of estimation Reports to the customer.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Work closely with project managers, Project Teams and customer teams to ensure estimates align with project execution plans.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
• Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
• Independently communication with clients in written and spoken English.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Ensure candidates submitted for consideration meet the minimum experience requirement.
• Knowledge of updated Revit MEP is must.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Educational Qualification: BE or B.Tech Mechanical.
• Min 3 years of work experience on US Projects is mandatory.
• 1-2 years experience in Ducting and Plumbing estimation for commercial, residential hospital and industrial projects.
