MEP Design Engineer

• Conduct detailed load calculations to determine heating and cooling requirements, ensuring optimal system performance in diverse environments
• Design HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems systems that comply with local and international codes, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability standards
• Create detailed HVAC design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit, facilitating clear communication with construction teams.
• Develop layout drawings that illustrate the placement of MEP equipment, ductwork, piping, wiring, and other components. Ensure proper clearances, accessibility, and functionality of all systems.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear manner.
• Oversee and conduct site visits to assess existing MEP systems and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Support site visits and take-offs when required; assist with material schedules and BOQs.
• At least 2-3 years Experience in Healthcare Projects in UAE is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
