MEP Design Engineer

IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated MEP Design Engineer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the UAE or GCC construction industry and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. We are seeking a proactive professional who can think strategically, make decisions that benefit the company and project outcomes and effectively coordinate with teams on-site and in the office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum experience in UAE or GCC countries
• Strong knowledge in MEP design and site coordination
• Experience in airport projects is highly preferred
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of UAE/GCC construction procedures, regulations and site practices
• Advanced thinking mindset with focus on project success and company growth
• Ability to manage responsibilities professionally and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP design drawings and technical documents
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
• Support project execution and resolve technical issues on-site
• Maintain proper communication with all stakeholders
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve project performance and results

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
