Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to prepare and review detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, be proficient in CAD software, and have experience in GCC construction projects. This role involves creating accurate drawings, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring that designs comply with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings including plans, layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes in project design.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Assist in installation coordination by providing accurate drawings for site execution.
• Maintain and organize project drawing files and documentation.
• Support engineers in design reviews, technical calculations, and shop drawings.
• Identify and resolve any design conflicts in collaboration with project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest MEP codes, standards, and drafting software.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in GCC construction projects is preferred.
• UAE Driving License is highly preferred
