MEP Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications:

• Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of professional MEP drafting experience specifically within the UAE construction industry.
• Sector Focus: Proven experience drafting for commercial, residential, or industrial projects in the GCC region.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (BIM).
• MEP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in the UAE.
• Deliverables: Demonstrated ability to independently produce full sets of accurate, coordinated Shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and As-Built documentation.
• Coordination: Strong background in spatial coordination and resolving clash detection issues using tools like Navisworks or within Revit.
• Education: Relevant Diploma or Associate's Degree.
