We are currently looking to fill an MEP Draftsman position within our team with 7 to 8 years of experience in the field, along with mandatory proficiency in Revit.Main responsibilities would include:<ul><li>Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) based on project specifications and design drawings</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free drawings</li><li>Review and revise drawings as per site conditions and consultant comments</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings and ensure accuracy of final documentation</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and drawing control throughout project stages</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project standards</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Craft and refine MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) shop drawings using Revit for complex construction projects, while collaborating closely with engineers and architects to resolve design clashes. The role ensures precise documentation from concept to as-built stage and directly impacts project coordination and delivery quality.
