MEP Draftsman

• Drafting & Design: Produce detailed MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation layouts for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordination: Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and civil drawings to ensure clash-free designs and optimal layouts.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC), and project specifications.
• Revisions: Modify drawings based on consultant comments, site instructions, and engineer feedback.
• Material Take-offs (MTO): Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity extractions from drawings.
• System Layouts: Draft electrical schematics (lighting, power, ELV, SLD) and mechanical layouts (HVAC ducting, piping)
• ATLEAST 7-10 years of experience
