Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman (Electrical & Plumbing) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP shop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings for electrical and plumbing systems as per project specifications and standards. The role requires strong technical drafting skills, knowledge of MEP services, and experience in using CAD/BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar CAD/BIM software.

Knowledge of electrical systems.

Knowledge of plumbing systems.

Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy and clash resolution Reading and interpreting construction and schematic drawings.

Maintain documentation and drawing revisions effectively

Use MS Excel for maintaining schedules, tracking revisions, and preparing reports

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Drafting Technology (with MEP specialization preferred).

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in preparing MEP drawings with a combined focus on electrical and plumbing systems.

Strong skills in AutoCAD.

Knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, or other BIM software is an added advantage. is an added advantage.
