URGENT HIRING – MEP DRAFTSMAN

A leading Interior Fit-Out Company is looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to join its growing team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in Interior Fit-Out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP drafting software
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, shop drawings, and coordination drawings
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple disciplines
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural, structural, and fit-out drawings.
• Review project specifications and technical requirements.
• Prepare HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material coordination when required.
• Support project execution through accurate and timely drafting deliverables.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
