MEP Draftsman - Mechanical

Hiring – Draftsman (MEP - Mechanical) (Immediate Joining)

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Draftsman (Mechanical) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in preparing accurate MEP shop drawings for high-rise buildings, towers, villas, commercial, residential, and retail projects.

MEP Draftsman (MEP- Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting) as per IFC drawings
• Study and review IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Draft detailed layouts, sections, and schematics using AutoCAD
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions and engineer inputs
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in all submitted drawings
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for necessary inputs (basic coordination)
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and project requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
• Support project teams with timely submission of drawings

Requirements

✅ Candidate must be currently inside the UAE
✅ Preference for employment / cancelled / residence visa holders (visit visa not preferred)
✅ 3–5 years of experience in MEP drafting (UAE experience preferred)
✅ Strong command of AutoCAD
✅ Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings
✅ Basic knowledge of site execution and practical detailing
✅ Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
