Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) using Auto CAD.
• Ensure all designs comply with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as an MEP Draftsman in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong proficiency in Auto CAD (2D/3D), with working knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
• Experience in preparing detailed shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong coordination skills to liaise with engineers, consultants, and site teams.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
