MEP Draughtsman

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. MEP Drawing Preparation:Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting services based on design and IFC drawings.Ensure all drawings are as per project specifications, standards (IS/IEC/ASHRAE/NBC), and codes.

2. Coordination Drawings:Create coordinated MEP drawings integrating architectural, structural, and interior layouts to avoid clashes.Generate reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) and coordinated layout plans for site execution.

3. Revisions and As-Built Drawings:Update and revise drawings as per site conditions, consultant comments, and design changes.

4. Prepare accurate as-built drawings post-completion for client and consultant submissions.

5. Drawing Management:Maintain a drawing log and ensure proper version control of drawings submitted and approved.

6. Site Coordination Support:Support project engineers and site teams by providing clarifications on drawings and assisting with layout marking.Participate in site surveys to verify dimensions or prepare layouts.

7. Software Proficiency:Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), Revit (optional), Navisworks (for clash detection), and MS Office.

8. Compliance and Detailing:Ensure all drafting complies with project standards, client requirements, and local authority regulations.Add technical notes, legends, and details to improve readability and execution accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
