MEP Draughtsman

A Dubai-based Interior Fit-Out company is seeking an experienced MEP & Architectural Designer to independently handle MEP and Architectural drawings for fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete MEP shop drawings including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC
• Prepare Architectural fit-out drawings (layouts, sections, details, joinery, etc.)
• Handle technical coordination between Architectural, MEP, consultants, and site teams
• Perform Heat Load and Electrical Load Calculations and assist in HVAC equipment/system selection
• Support submissions, revisions, and coordination during project execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Interior Fit-Out projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Dubai standards, codes, and authority requirements
• Strong Technical skills and ability to independently manage MEP + Architectural drawings and coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in MEP & Architectural design

Salary : Starting from AED 2500/- based on experience and performance.
