Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Draughtsman with a strong background in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, standards, and consultant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant/client comments.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and regulations.
• Support engineers and project managers with technical drafting requirements.
• Maintain and organize drawing records and revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience as an MEP Draughtsman in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems in building projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential projects.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
