MEP Draughtsman (Hotels & Residential Building)

About Us:
Shafa Group is a well-established construction company with over 40 years of experience in Dubai. We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our growing team.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, fire fighting, and electrical layouts.
• Prepare coordination drawings and builders' work drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams.
• Incorporate consultant and site comments into drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.
• Support site teams with drawing revisions and technical coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman.
• Experience in residential buildings, villas, and hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, and electrical services.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work closely with site engineers and MEP teams.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defence regulations and standards.
• Experience with MEP coordination drawings.
• Revit MEP and Navisworks knowledge will be an added advantage.
