Job Summary:
To ensure optimal utilization of resources and productivity is achieved.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:•

Daily allocation of site resource ensuring optimal allocation and improved
productivity.

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with latest approved drawings, material

submissions, method statements, etc.

• Ensure variance in resource (labour, machinery, plant) requirements are

communicated sufficiently in advance to Project Engineer/ Site Engineer

• Ensure material and plant requests are sent sufficiently in advance and followed up

to ensure work progress.

• Monitoring production against established productivity rates for various activities and

taking immediate action as required.

• Constant review of daily progress of works against approved program.
• Ensure plant/ machinery is not idle and returned to workshop immediately upon

completion of works.

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with company, site and local authority

safety practices.

• Ensure materials are sent to site properly stored in accordance with manufacturer/

supplier recommendations.

• Constantly ensure of quality of work
• Ensure good housekeeping practices at site.
• Preparation of daily site reports

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Effective Communication Skills in English
• Diploma / ITI Certified Technician,BE,B.tech

7+ years of experience in a similar role
